Walnut pesto chicken and rice fettuccine with roasted tomato and cashew cheese drizzle! 💣🤤 I used the Easy Paleo Pesto Baked Chicken recipe from @paleorunningmomma and coated rice noodles with the pesto as well. You could definitely sub zucchini noodles for pasta. I added lemon juice and used olive and some avocado oil. Used my last organic garden tomato and some leftover cashew “cheese” sauce from the nacho recipe the other night (from @chefpeteevans and The Paleo Way). Love it! Definitely will make this again, and maybe add some bacon or prosciutto!✌🏻💚 ⁣ #wendygettinhealthy #linkinbio #paleo #modifiedaip #realfood #healingfood #healwithfood #healthylife #foodcures #paleoeats #realeats #cleaneating #recipes #healthyrecipes #tastyhealthy #paleorecipes #autoimmunefoodie #glutenfree #eggfree #dairyfree #refinedsugarfree #soyfree #cashewcheese #chefpeteevans #pesto #pestopasta #pestochicken #walnutpesto
